Must say that I have the same problem, did some "analitics" thingy on my servers, and i see this:
error on my low pop with 50 players does this once in hour+-.. on my other server with high pop +-100-150 people it happens like every 5-10 minutes as @MeatCircus said upper. And finaly, on my total low popú server (under 10th players) this error is very fuc*ing rare Not sure if the problem is that more players = more kills = deathnotes spam and timers ect? or something else....

 

I've completly reinstall the server and redone configs at 0, the deaths messages are still missing...

 

Test this you might need to unload plugin first before uploading it I did watch the video you posted make sure you have the foundation for the Flamethrower upgraded so it will not break before testing

Haven't been able to find info on this among the many pages here, but I'm sure it's been asked and answered so forgive me for asking this again, but how do I prevent deathnotes from saying "The Patrol Helicopter was taken down" every time someone is chopping up the various pieces of the chopper for resources?

And because when a player dies directly for a bow and arrow does not appear his death in the chat, only appears the message to the person who died, why this ?

 

I have the latest version, somes death are not showed up (like cactus kill, fall, drowning, cold freeze)

Thirded. Animal kills show up, human death does not.

 

Im having trouble setting the messages to not show weapon and attachment. what is the command to change it to false, it says the only fields i have is UI and chat.

can you please add kills from teh new shotgun trap. also we are having issue were if people die from radiation it no longer broadcasts

 

It didn't used to do this, so I believe this problem and the others mentioned are due to bugs introduced since this plugin was updated with current Rust. Really love this plugin though, I hope we get fixes soon! <3
