  1. OK It worked but using the following command resulted in me being kicked for Flooding Protection.... but the save seemed to work. It resulted in a 2.4MB file... :)

    /copy DCastle mechanics proximity radius 10

    Also is there any way we can differentiate out the palm trees and other game created deployables???

  2. May have the JSON file completed

  3. Yes it seemed to have completed... I pasted it to be sure. Of course I did not check every deployable to see if it was there.

  4. I think at the moment not, thats the problem with building/copy big structures on land with this fix:
    "it does not matter if building or item is connected, it will copy everything in the radius"

    What you can do is use the build plugin, paste structure in the sea, and remove the trees with the build plugin.
    NOTE: BE CAREFUL WITH THIS BUILD PLUGIN!!

  5. Great plug-in, thanks for all the amazing work you do!

    One question...is there a way to make this work with NPCs? I.E., I've created a town with NPCs staffing the stores and it would be super cool if I could paste the entire town, with NPCs, each time the server wipes.

    Thanks!

  6. NPC is a different plugin, that needs rules and points to stand (kinda spawns)
    I don't think this is possible without making the code of plugin realy complicated ;)
    Also: making 2 different plugins work together like this would make it to hard to maintain and keep it bug-free I think.
    But I'm not the maker, so maybe he thinks different about it ;)

  7. yes every change of map you need to reset the NPC's position to the correct place.

  8. I suspect you're correct, which is why I went ahead and figured out a way around the problem. it's more work, but is probably the easiest way to do it:

    1. Download your working serverrewards_rewards.json file to your computer;
    2. After the server wipes, delete the same file on the server;
    3. Create new NPCs in the correct locations for your new town or stores;
    4. copy the location information for each NPC from the newly created serverrewards_rewards.json into the old file.
    5. Replace the serverrewards_rewards.json on the server with the updated local file.

  9. Sorry if this is the wrong place, but how would i export from fortify to rust i cant find any posts or tutorials, when i save in fortify its a text file not a json

  10. Isn't Fortify just a design program, where you can build your dream, and take the info of how to build over in-game?
    Never heard of anything like pasting structures from fortify into the game

  11. iv actualy just figured out how to do it, if you check the copy paste box when you save the design it saves it as a json which you can then paste directly into rust with this plugin

  12. oooh, if thats working thats awesome :O
    Would save me lots of time building arena's

  13. Just to confirm i have pasted my fortify build into rust perfectly no missing parts or errors just make sure to put your json in oxide/data/copypaste and your good to go

  14. placed the .cs file in /server/my_server_identity/oxide/plugins
    Server didnt load it. Am i doing something wrong? Loaded removeaaa fine

  15. Im copying and Pasting the structures
    seems to be well copied but when pasting, all the Builds is destroyed and just get the deployables floating (ceilings, lanterns, boxes,etc) but not strcutures.... what's happening.

    I used:
    /copy NAME radius 45 mechanics building
    /paste NAME height 150

    (I want the structure floating in air)

  16. Have you created a no stability zone before pasting?

  17. Its realy needed? I dont Know it I will try it now

  18. if you want the base to float i would think so unless you have server stability turned off.

  19. Yes... I did it with nostability and worked
    but tested in floor not worked without nostability zone... and In floor this is not needed realy ... right?

  20. does the base have foundations? if not it will not stand on the floor without them.
