Hello, oh yes I still NPCfix install plugin. I will try to delete it.
Deleted botspawn and re-install it.
I will make a notification, if my concern is resolved. -
Ok, thanks.
I just tested plain murderers, spawned by botspawn, and they came running right at me with no hesitation.
I know there were a few commits relating to an ai_dormant wake up bug.
If you have ai_dormant true maybe set it to false in your startup script then reboot, if the problem persists? -
@Steenamaroo after tonights oxide patch getting this
Code:Failed to run a 1.00 timer in 'BotSpawn v1.5.4' (NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object) at Oxide.Plugins.BotSpawn.SelectWeapon (.NPCPlayerApex npcPlayer, .BasePlayer victim, Boolean hasAttacker) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at Oxide.Plugins.BotSpawn+<SelectWeapon>c__AnonStorey5.<>m__0 () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at Oxide.Core.Libraries.Timer+TimerInstance.FireCallback () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0

Thanks, VinylFresh.
Weapon switching seems a bit messy at the minute. I'll be looking into it. -
@VinylFresh - Version sent in PM. Might fix this...

We can delete NPCFix.cs ?
-
I haven't checked myself but I think someone suggested that's the case.

Hello, I come back to you, because indeed, the plugin, made my server lagged at Roxservers. I have re-initialized the server to the factory state, without plugins, no lags. I add one to one of the plugins, and when I load BotSpawn with about 200/250 bots, the server lag slightly, sometimes a lot. And zombies have bad behavior. They charge, but just before it hits I shove a few meters and say they are losing aggression. I wait 30 / 45sec they attack again, I shift again, and they become immobilized again. Do I load too many bots / zombies?
-
Hi,
Yeah, that number of bots must just be too much for your hardware.
You could try setting ai_dormant to true, or just reduce the number.
The other issue - I'm aware of this and know what's causing it. Hopefully it'll be rectified soon.
Thanks. -
So How do you even spawn them ;p

Hello
I have a problem with the current plugins. On my server Zonemanager is 2.5.02, Botspawn 1.5.5 and Vanish 0.5.1. (NPCFIX.cs not installed).
If I go / fly into a zone, then this message comes.
"Calling hook OnNpcPlayerTarget resulted in a conflict between the following plugins: ZoneManager - False (Boolean), BotSpawn (True (Boolean))"
What can this be? How can you fix the error? As long as I or others are in the zone, this message runs through every second.
Thank you for the effort.
Best regards
Sorry my english (1995 was the last year in school) - i'm from germany. -
Navigate to your config path. Open botspawn.json and set on wich Monument u want, activate to true. Save and reload plugin. -
You can safely ignore this. It's not an error so much as a notification.
It's telling you that one plug says it's Ok for a bot to attack you, and another plug is saying it's not.
In this case, BotSpawn is saying bots can't attack you, so I guess you have Peacekeeper on and no weapon out.
If that's correct and you pulled out a weapon, the notifications would stop. -

is there a way to have the bots spawn randomly over the whole map not just monuments? and be able to set max number of total bots on whole map? I would like alot of bots everywhere. Do we have to setup custom points one at a time?
-
You could create one custom profile at the center of the map and make the radius big enough to cover the whole map,
or you could create smaller custom profiles in various places with fairly big radii.
I'd probably do the latter, and avoid having any radius reach out to sea.
