Check your groups.json file on this site JSONLint - The JSON Validator.

 

I don't have a groups.json but I ran the BetterChat.json and it returned Valid JSON

 

its in data/betterchat folder

 

It says Valid but its only showing the group Players, I have like 12 groups made, should they all be showing in there or no?

 

You need to add them see overview how to do that

 

Is this a new way of adding them? Up until 2 days ago all my groups worked 100% fine adding them through the BetterChat.json config file?

 

You need to add them to the groups file now but before you update you need to fully delete all files for this plugin starting with the one in the plugin folder first do keep a copy on your desktop of your config so you will know what groups to remake

 

Why edit "Groups.json" has no effect? Already "BetterChat oxide.reload".

Is it possible to make so that the betterchat.group.admin isn't default to the admin usergroup?

 

Is there a reason that when you reload this plugin, it causes a log of lag? Is it a result of the anti-flood function?

 

is it possible to write the Word Filter replacement in color?
i have try to put it between <color=#CODE> "not allowed word" </color>

but the replacement it always in white

Hey, I was wondering if it would be difficult, or even possible to give us the option to order the titles by rank (with optional reverse) over the currently default Alphabetical. we've got some stacking titles that we'd like to order specifically and we'd like our admin and mod titles to always be the first one in the list. That sort of thing.

I try to add the permission or try to use the /chat but it says the permission doesn't exist and the command does not exist. What's wrong?

 

post what you are typing and where you are typing it and typing /chat only wont work as you are not typing the full command check the overview for all commands

 

I fixed the problem myself, my config was weird causing the plugin to not load. Now it's all good. Thank you

 

Maybe add private messaging (PM)?
/pm <player> <message>
/r <message>
And add sound for PM (i see this on some servers).

 

Only if it reports to the console like the current C# pm mod that does. I want as much of my server monitored as possible.
