If you do anything between those syncs, you'll lose data on whatever one was overwritten. As long as you don't actually do anything on the other server, then you may be fine, but it still isn't recomended.

The playerdata.data file is for storing player data as the name suggests. It is for plugins to utilize.

Is there any way to ungrant permission? I now have [Admin] [Mod] beside my name..

EDIT: I tried /usergroup remove Zleeepy mod

But it said "Group Zleeepy doesn't exist".

The format is "/usergroup add|remove username groupname"?

I'll add a config setting do disable it. Though the Mute by AdminTools should not be working with better chat.

I will give the config file to you when I get back home. I just did a fresh install of the plugin so both files are the newest. I have also used both upper and lowercase for the permissions each time I'm added but never received the tag

As far as I know, it should not work right now with Better Chat. I would need to make a change in the code of Better Chat for that.
Also not everybody who wants to mute has AdminTools installed. Also in the next update, it is toggleable - if you don't want it, just turn it off.
