The chat keeps lagging alot. How can i fix this?

 

if i try to reload it its keep saying not loaded i reinstalled it and its keep saying it can some send me a link of the Hurtworld BetterChat Oxide version??

 

But it doesn't reload if i try its keep saying 'not loaded'

 

Because hurtworld chat freezes after a while I install pluguin?
