Reign of Kings World edit

Hey guys whats going on, so im defiantly new to ROK but i have learn a lot and already have my own server running with a few players. My question is why hasnt anyone put a "world edit" mod out. Now im not talking about terrain editing im talking about building take minecraft world edit plugin for example you select 2 coordinates then do a command like //set <blocktype> now the points would specify where in the world those blocks would be placed. I know a little bit about code and i know this wouldnt be extremely hard to do not to mention the game has a small admin feature like this although its very hard to use and most of the time it messes up, also its very limited and almost impossible to undo what youve done. A mod like this would allow for admins to build buildings for the players like taverns, markets etc.. ill post a link to the world edit plugin for minecraft so you guys can understand what im talking about a little more.
