Weird code on items

Hey,
today some players of mine contacted me.
They raided a base and found Hemp Clones with some weird code (See Picture)

I never saw this before.
What is this? Cheated items?

 

That's the genetic number, it's a feature in rust.

If you plant something in a planter box you can take a clone of it, if the genetic number is high (around 9000) then it's a good plant, the lower it is, the worse it gets.
