Timed Execute/Server GMT randomly changed?

Hey Pain or anyone else who can answer - Today I noticed that timed execute suddenly started doing all my events 2 hours earlier than it had been set. Does this signify a change in my server's GMT on host end or something? It had been 3 hours later than my local time, now it appears to be 5 all of the sudden.

I contacted host for answers, figured I'd ask here while I wait for them.

I apologize ahead of time for posting this here AND in the plugin's help thread, but I only have a couple of hours to figure out what happened.

 

I guess the problem all comes down to this.... I have no known way to tell what server time is XD so I gotta find out the ass backwards ways. Is there any reason you could think of that a host would just change my server time like that? Still waiting for them to confirm/answer.
