Rust Time limited remover tool

Hi everyone, i need remaster plugin Remover Tool, who will be working first few hours(time work setting in config file)

I would suggest to use maybe Rank plugin, set to first rank permission to use removertool, for the second rank that will be applyed after playing time (configuratable) you will not give the permission for remove tool and here is what you want Its just work arround without need to fork removertool.
