As we know, Syringe gives +15 Health and +20 Health over time and removes 10 radiation.
If player uses second Syringe, it will give +10 health and 15 health over time.
For 3. one, +5 health and 10 health over time.
Server admin should be able to change that setting, admin should be able to add limitless settings about this. This can be done for other medical items.
