Rust Steam group updates

I am looking for a plug in which will retrieve information from my steam group and post it in chat a few examples

Player jimbobjim join's my steam group.

In server chat it will say
"Jimbobjim has joined our steam group."

Announcement is posted in group.

In server chat it will say.
"A new announcement has been posted in the steam group {announcement title}."

There may be more I want to retrieve and display on my server regarding steam group but this is just to see if the plug in is possible and someone would be willing to create it paid or free I'd happily pay ^^ hit me up with a pm easier that way than filling up a forum post with different people talking.

 

how would I do that? I'm mainly wanting it because it will encourage other users to join if they see it in chat, meaning more people will see my updates in steamgroup instead of constantly asking in chat ^^
