Solved Showing as killed, but no attacker?

okay so recently there has been a couple of times where people have got raided offline and come back on to got the message that they have been killed but the name just says unknown to them?

i know the guy isnt a hacker or anything like that as i was watching it all happen but for somereason the name isnt showing when they kill people...
i have death notes installed and the message pops up in the chat fine so i dont think it could be that anyone have any ideas what it could be ?

 

It happens when they die offline, as you said. It's just a Rust bug.
