Universal Server time viewer/chatting

I just need a plugin that shows the time on the server...

- Every X minutes show the time in the game in the chat.
Example: The time on the server is now 8:25

Plugin config examples:

• An option to enable or disable time chatting (via chat and rcon);
• An option to set the time that will be displayed (via chat and rcon);
• An option to display the time in the rcon to admin in external rcon.
