Let me put it this way in Hurtworld host if i put 12871 it crashes but if i put something else in it dose not crashe

In your server's install, browse to that folder and then upload the 'output_log.txt' file mentioned to this thread using the 'Upload a File' button.
According to the log, it looks like you have another server running in the background, so you'd need to close that via Task Manager.

Open the ports you have set with your firewall/router, and you should already be set as admin with the "addadmin" in your host.bat.
