    Auth system and full in-game config options

    It could use a little more testing, but I included an authorisation system.

    Use /rs secure to toggle whether or not to only allow authorised players.

    Add players using /rs adduser or /rs addmod to add the player as a regular user or admin.

    Let me know how you get on =)
