Running Two Rust Servers On Two VMs

So I have a Virtual Host and I'm running two Rust servers on two different VMs. I have the second server up and running. My friends can do a client.connect and it works but it wont show up on the server list nor on playrust.io. i'm using external port 28025 so we can connect being that two servers can't share an external port. My question is how can I get it to show up on the server list and get playrust.io to work. Thanks All.
