Removing Recycler?

Hey, I recently created a battlefield server, I found an issue with the recycler as people will be using /kit guns and /kit mods etc.. and getting tons of high quality, is there any way to remove this item from the server? Thanks

Is there an overall command to Remove / Lock all of them? We're on a modded server and it's abit over powered.

I believe ComponentBlocker for Rust | Oxide would work for you.
