Removing boarded doorways?

So I'll be honest. My server is really dead. It's just now starting to pick up traffic. Slowly. But I was curious if there is a plugin to purge the boarded doorways in radtowns via the console sever wide or something along those lines. It just seems unfair (to me at least) for a person to come onto the server and be virtually locked out because a doorway has weeks of boards over it. I guess I could just go around and clear them out manually. But I've gotten kicked via invalid position more than once.

Then again there may be a setting I'm just not aware of that I can change. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you. I just read the questions section. I'm guessing this maintains from a fresh wipe or after the stacks have been cleared? Downloading it either way.
