Recommendations for an RP server?

HI, i curious about how may ways are ato improve my RoK experience. Of course i konw pluggins, but there are more? Like mod, scripts or somenthing. I want ot improve a RP server and any advice will be great.

 

there are many recommendations:

- give your players certain usergroups like "peasant" "Lord/Lady"
and have their names changed to [Lord of GuildX]Name or [Peasant]Name
- disable Global Chat (which you already did, I guess)
- have Royal Guards (with more damage and better defense)
- make animals "capturable"

btw, how to make animals "capturable"? By the spwan item?

 

on my server i have a "Animal-Capture Plugin"

so people can try to capture a sheep for example.

when they see a sheep, they write /tame sheep
and then they have 60 seconds to to damage to the sheep.
for every hit there is a 20% chance that the player "captures the sheep.
if he succeeds, he gets the item "sheep" in his inventory (which enables him to take the sheep to his castle/town and let it walk around there) and the sheep gets killed

its my plugin, i wrote it myself.

i will not share it until it is finished.

it still has Bugs

 

I have this ideia: put some spawn itens on the loot, depending of the mob give less or high %.
