Quarries not making HQ anymore

I copied everything and transferred stuff to a new server. Essentially just copied old server and made a new one.

Everything seems good except I've had complaints of peoples quarries not making the same amount of stuff.
They said their quarries arent making hq anymore when they used to

What is happening here?

 

the server.salt value is probably different on your new server, you need to figure out what it was on your old server (type server.salt in console) and then use -server.salt <value> on your new server's command line.
