Solved Plugins aren't loading or compiling (compile not executable)

Hello, I have a problem with plugins. Plugins do not load, no configurations are created. I have a freshly installed server on my vps. Please help.

Your CSharpCompiler.x86 is not set as executable, normally the core would attempt to do this on its own but a required library to do so might be missing on your system. You should be able to set that file as executable yourself which should normally solve your problem.
