Plugin Idea: Crafting Author

I want to code a plugin and need to see the interest / possibilites of my idea.

Crafting Author:
Everything that gets crafted in the game creates a tag and when you hover your mouse over the item in the inventory you can see who made it, so you can see if someone has stolen goods or track your items / blocks.
You can also see if items or blocks has been spawned and who spawned them for anti-cheat.
If there is a stack with like blocks it should show multiple names and the amout of blocks for every "author".
This way you can see who been most busy, who steals the most, go like police raids and so on, endless posibilities
