Players cannot craft paid skins

    Players on my server are not able to craft their paid skins. it lets you select them but clicking craft does nothing.
    Ive found a few posts about this that say you need to update your server and rust IO but both are up to date and i still cant find a fix. Does anyone know how to fix this or if there is a permissions node for players to craft them?
