Players cannot build - Antihack! even though Server is not lagging

Hi all,

Currently players cannot build and receive 'Antihack!' whenever they try and place something down. The server is not lagging however, and runs fine. No rubber banding or anything like that, Chat is instant and server load is low.

Any idea what is causing this/how to fix this?
