Solved Players being kicked for FlyHack Violations

Is there anyway for me to disable these violations without being unlisted from the server list?

or maybe increase the violation level before it kicks someone? players on my server are getting kicked for flyhack violations for climbing up ladders up the side of bases :\

 

they get kicked for spamming spacebar.
Not sure why u would want to remove it
