Reign of Kings Player building block limit

they are introducing a decay system soon but it be nice to be able to control how many building blocks each player can lay down like a limit of 500 blocks or 800 blocks that way this little tiny map doesn't get so laggy with all the big buildings so quickly also height

 

I quite don't get this thing. This game is about building mate. Me and my friends used to build houses were only the floors/ceilings took 25X25 blocks and each wall would be 100 blocks.

This game is an early alpha and I'm sure performance will increase with time but limiting players in building is one cruel thing.
