Rust Plane/invader attacks (paid $$$)

Hi,
Would it be possible to have like 3 planes and/or helis combos crashing at the same time randomly on the map ...with 1-2 NPC (Invaders or Terrorism) to defend them (who drop with parachutes to defend their loot from the crash or spawning on crashsite if parachute not possible).

-With ingame messaging of the incoming plane attacks. (Heli can Shoot at ppl before crashing)
-NPC geared with some different kits
-Customizable loots (drop table to randomly choose from) (that possibly dont interfere with Alphaloot or can be set via AlphaLoot supplydrop and helicrate maybe)

I'd like to know if it's possible to pay for a pluggin like this. Please Message me if interested I just Started a new server and would like to have something different

Maybe Later... I'd like to implement tanks to roam on the map the same way but when someone start attacking it the NPC spawns too.... well lots going on in my mind hehe
