Rust Pickup hemp chance of rope

Hi,

Looking for a plugin, sounds pretty simple.

On pickup of hemp have a chance of rope set between 1 - 10.

Idea on a random pickup of hemp issue a random number of rope e.g 5th plant might give you 2 ropes
