Rust Physgun for admins

As the title says, is it possible to make a Physgun like weapon that would grab and hold & move players?

This is from Garry's Mod from anyone wondering.

 

Though it might be possible to pick players up. You wouldn't actually be able to have a Physgun

 

I know, it's just the idea of it, if possible.

 

I wouldn't be the one to do that. Maybe @k1lly0u he is really good with game physics
