People getting kicked from server

Hi
We are seeing people being kicked from the server with this showing in RCon any Ideas

NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
WorldModelOutline.SampleOcclusion ()
WorldModelOutline.BecomeVisible ()
OutlineManager.UpdateOutlines ()
OutlineManager.Update ()

and when they join back they are dead

did another server and oxide update still the same, its only happening to 3 people the others are fine, they have un-installed rust and re-installed but still the same, i've even killed them myself to see if that sorts the issue out but no
