Solved Oxide's permission system?

    So I've seen a few people mention Oxide's permission system which apparently allows us to use specific permissions to allow commands only to users with that permission.

    My question is, how does this actually work?

    From what I've read in passing, this should pretty much work like flags but I can't find anyway to configure it, even when it's supported by plugins (e.g. Custom Chat Commands). So I'm confused about that. Please help xD

    There are very few plugins that use it right now, but you can see a general overview at the link below. As far as I know, there are maybe only 4 or so plugins that have made use of it so far. Chat Handler, Custom Chat Commands, Ranks And Titles, and probably a few more.
