This would imply that you're either using an old Rust server base or installing and old patched file from an older Oxide build.

If hosting locally, use SteamCMD as you would have to install it; else use what your host provides.

I must to use this command "login anonymous force_install_dir c:\SteamCMD\install path app_update 258550"?

I had to change "install path" (folder where my server install) in "Server"... OMG ... sorry man
