Solved Oxide can't initiate (bad install)

Ok,

I created my Reign of Kings server and I downloaded Oxide and extracted everything in the zip to the main directory. I unblocked all the files from Windows, but when I try to start the server, I get a popup saying:
"There should be 'ROK_Data'
folder next to the executable". Everything is unblocked and it's not in the directory I regularly play ROK. Please help.
