OVH-Server Remote desktop

Hello guys,
I recently just decided to upgrade my host to OVH but as soon as i purchased it i realised it was linux. Does anyone have experience with OVH servers and how to set up a remote-desktop for it ?Upload files etc.

Just ask them to change it to windows

 

You'd need to use a linux distribution with a software interface otherwise use SSH. You can also just purchase a windows license instead.

 

If you’re not familiar with remote desktop and SSH then you probably shouldn’t be renting an unmanaged solution.

 

I got it all to work but it was a pain in the ass. I`m just not used to it.
