Others can't join my server...

So i can enter my server with F1: connect localhost... but my server is not showing in the server list, also when i gave my friends my external ip they still can't join. I've tried to change my ports but with no succes. I don't understand because my port forwarded teamspeak server does work with poeple on it.

P.S.: I'm just running vanilla atm because i want it to work first before i put oxide in it.

 

Yes UDP, i tried the standard ones first then i tried others. I used 5050 and 5060 for my third attempt
