One player is hanging connecting to my server

Hello everybody! After a recent renovation was an unpleasant problem. One of my players when joining a server starts server terrible lag and ping rises to 1000. On the other servers all right. Hosting does not provide any precise answers, and throws off all the bugs on after updating, what to do? Already I tried a lot of things - to no avail.

 

If this is only one player on your server, I would say he probably has terrible internet connection and/or lives REALLY far away from where your server is located. I would personally say that the best way is for him to restart his router and see if that fixes it.
