Rust On Weapon Hit Commands

Hi,
I am just asking if there is a way for a command to be executed on a player, when they are hit with a certain weapon. Eg you shoot someone and it teleports them to a specified location. My purpose for this would be to make a taser which would force a player to sleep.

Yes, just use Oxide Hook, OnEntityTakeDamage, and then execute command / code.

 

I ain't a plugin dev mate. I don't know how to. And anyway I would want it so it was configurable to A weapon

 

Would it be possible then to make a taser plugin? I would pay for this if it had some addons like restraining. Maybe restrained players could be moved around by the restrainer and issued ticket and be searched. Possible?
