Rust NPC Street Hustler

Hi,

I run a PVE server and am looking to try and create a few more basic types of NPC for variation and I am wondering if it is possible to make a street hustling type gambler NPC using the dice game "High Dice", the game itself is quite simple and this is the order of the game.

Bets are placed, (Would require economics, probably a set bet in a config)
Hustler rolls 2 dice,
Player rolls 2 dice,

If the player is higher than the Hustler he wins, if he is equal to or less then he loses (Similar to blackjack, just with dice).

I didn't know if it was possible to do this game using a GUI that could load through the parts of the game and load images of the dice that have been rolled.

Also, a setting that would have the NPC enable and disable at different times of the day, e.g. the NPC is only enabled during game night hours and despawns during game day hours.

I am willing to pay for this as a private plugin as I appreciate there would probably not be a high demand for something like this.
