Solved More XP with permissions

    It'd be better as a standalone plugin really, or better yet wait for LaserHydra's XP Manager as it'll offer more options.

    Well if he decided not to use TimedPermissions it would be easy to just add to yours.

    I could put this in igather as a little group thing. So each group has there own custom rate.
