Making a Rust battlefield server

Ok first qustion is
1 i was searching for plugin which can make the player spawn with item and it called starter pack or kit
but the problem was that this plugin only works at the connection not after you died and respawn
2 . how can i call airdrop and heli auto every 60 min
sorry about my bad english please help me and give some soloutions

 

the Kits for Rust | Oxide plugin works after you respawn on death

 

1. Use 'autokit' in the Kits plugin
2. Use HeliControl and FancyDrop with (optional) TimedExecute
