Economy based Lottery Tickets (Similar to the plugins like in Minecraft servers)
The server announces the lottery is going to start soon
Players say /Lottery buy 1-99 (for a configurable price) | you purchase a lottery tickets
few minutes later the lottery ends and it picks a random lottery ticket and gives 90-100% (configurable) of all of the lottery tickets purchased to the winning ticket.
then resets automatically starting a new Lottery 1-5 hours later (configurable)
