Solved Looking for a couple plugins

I tried looking for 2 plugins but failed.

1: a plugin where it shows player list on top right/left.
2: a plugin where I can add in mods who can ban, kick, mute etc.

 

for answer 2 you can use Better Chat | Oxide you create a group then set that group with specific permissions.

Alternatively you can use RustAdmin and under the powered users tab you can use that to set a script to add a player to permissions for kick ban etc.

 

What about player list?

 

in what way, like just a list of players where your chat would be? or just how many players is online?
