Is there BP list for admins ?

is there BP list for admins ? or anyway to spawn or give BP ?

 

devblog mentions "craftLevel" with any value other than 0 and everything will be considered unlocked on the client, you won't need workbenches. so maybe something in console, not tried it myself since i am still playing around with my server to be able to answer questions lol

 

i tried a lot of console commands to spawn or give BP but nothing work .
it only gives me a blank BP .
