I need a pretty basic plugin that allows users to have the exact same items that they died with, but it has to duplicate it so the items are also kept on the players corpse. The main problem with existing ones are that it doesn't seem to keep the players dropped weapon (if they were holding something when they died), and also duplicating everything instead of just removing it from the corpse.
I'm also looking for some sort of VIP system that could work for different servers, so one VIP package would allow you to skip queue on all of the servers and maybe have a different colored username. If anyone has suggestions or can write something that can do this, I'd gladly pay.

About queue, you can use Reserved slot, it will "put some slot as reserved" that only player with the perm have access to.
Exemple, by default the plugin reserve 30 slots, so if your server have 200 slot, it will be 170 slots + 30 reserved slot.
If 170 are taken by players, only players with reserved perm can connect.
About your inventory copy, i'm able to do it if not already exist. -
