Solved Instacraft per stack

Hello,

In a serveur i have see "InstaCraftPerStack" so, u crafted 9.999 gun powder in 1 sec no 1, 1, 1, 1..... but allready 3 days i'am looking for how to do this on my serveur and i have found nothing, the serveur where i see that is now closed and i see this nowhere in others serveur, someone know how to do that please ? is a plugin ?
