Rust Head on a spike

Let people craft head on a spike. Stone spear + a skull prefabs. I'm not sure what other mechanics beyond that. Maybe a decay rate or something so they get cleaned up on populated servers. Probably would need some placement rules. I suppose it would be better if it were possible to use a head instead of a skull. Could either place them on the ground.. maybe carry them?
