GUI creation tutorials?

Hello, I am wanting to start creating ingame GUI menus.. Is there any tutorials out there for starting out when it comes to GUI creation? I am wanting to start from the basics, when i mean basics i mean simple stuff like creating a panel that opens with a chat command for starters..

And I wonder why you used English here instead of your native language

 

It's not modified Rust client.
It's unity project.
English = readable.
P.s. Russian language in system = more errors (Encoding problems), however i used english
