Failed to fetch global ban / banned words list

I have this issue i can't solve. No matter what i try i get these errors on startup:

Failed to fetch global ban list!
Failed to fetch global banned words list!

Is this game server fetching stuff or EAC perhaps or some plugin? Would you happen to know this issue and what ports need to be opened to make it fetch? If i drop the firewall completely it goes away but that isn't a solution of course.

Does it even matter at all? Maybe i could just let it stay like that?
