Dedicated server spec opinions

Im planing to rent a virtual dedicated server with or 4ram, 2 cores, 6mb upload speed, 50gb of memory windows 2008r2 64. How many players i will have online. what if i upgrade and put 6ram with 4 cores.

 

In my honest opinion you should go for minimum 8Gb and 4 cores.

With that specs maybe you run for 20 person
